We are excited to welcome Lindsay as our Registered Dietitian (RD)! She attended Framingham State University, where she completed a Masters in Science with a concentration in Food and Nutrition. She has been a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist for 3 years, working with various populations and chronic diseases.
Lindsay is an avid CrossFit athlete, and likes to spend her weekends hiking with her dog, Kaia.
She has a passion for cooking and loves trying new recipes! She is excited about sharing this wealth of knowledge with her clients! She enjoys working hand in hand with her clients in creating a healthy lifestyle that doesn’t feel like a “diet.”
She is excited to help serve our functional nutrition patients at Evolved Health Chelmsford location and virtually!
